Can I create my own Australian hamper?

We specialise in allowing our customers to create their own Australian hamper. This
service is for orders of 10 or more hampers with a minimum spend of $600. For more
information, please use our website to build your hamper or use the contact form for
further assistance.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Australian Wine & Food specialises in bulk orders of hampers, especially at Christmas time.
Offering delivery Australia-wide, we offer the ability to send your Christmas hampers
to a single address, or multiple addresses all around Australia using Sendle.

How does my hamper come packed?

All of our gifts come packaged in 100% reusable and recyclable packaging.

How will my recipients know who sent them the 100% Australian gift hamper?

We offer complimentary gift cards that come with all of our hampers. You can customise
the message that is written on the cards.

What are your business hours?

We operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you have any queries outside of these
hours, please send us an email or message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Where are your products from?

All of our products are from an Australian owned businesses like ourselves. We have gone
to great lengths to source shelf stable award-winning food and beverage items for all of our hampers. This is what makes our company unique!

Can I order a hamper to an overseas address?

While we do deliver Australia-wide, we do not have capabilities to deliver outside of
Australia at the moment!

What are the standard delivery times?

Please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery to your customer. This is from the
point of time when your hamper items are confirmed and deposit received by Australian
Wine & Food. For our pre-made 100% Australian hampers please allow two weeks for
delivery time.
