VINEYARD Lusatia A Block, Woori Yallock, Yarra Valley.
TASTING NOTES Pale with a green edge. Gentle reserved nose, minerally, citrus and floral notes. Fine and textural, purity, a touch of savoury and nutty, balance acidity.
WINEMAKING Whole bunched pressed, racked to older French oak casks, natural fermentation. Lees are stirred toward the end of fermentation and then left to rest until late November. The wine was gravity racked to vat for a further 6 months on fine lees before bottling. WINE ANALYSIS Alc/Vol: 12.7% CELLARING 5 - 10 years in a good cellar.
