Often the barrels are still wet with wine when they are filled giving the whisky its bold, fruity flavour. With Melbourne’s wide temperature swings, the whisky draws out its signature deliciousness in just three short years. Displaying bright aromatic notes of red berries, orchard fruits, vanilla, caramel, and soft oak spice.
