Fruit for this wine was blended from the valley floor plus some from the upper Yarra Valley. This produced a wine that exhibits both great structure and finesse. High quality older French oak, barrel age and subtle blending has meant the wine has aged beautifully in the bottle. Goes extremely well with chicken, oysters, seafood of any description and salads. Great value and great drinking over the next 3-5 years.
